Note that you can’t remove the default themes Windows 10 comes with-only those you have created or downloaded. To remove an installed theme from the list, right-click it and select “Delete”. The “Mouse cursor” option allows you to select a mouse cursor scheme, or customize what individual mouse cursors look like.
